Learn the fundamental techniques in 3D laser scanning and software workflows in order to deliver an accurate digital twin of your processing plant or facility.

In this webinar, we will discuss the various positive impacts 3D laser scanning has for engineers, managers and operators working in the Process and Plant Industries. During the presentation, practical examples will be used to show how a 3D laser scanner and registration software can accurately capture large sets of real-world data. More importantly, you will learn how to use this data to maintain and ensure upcoming changes to your plant operations and how to securely store and share this data with all contributing stakeholders.

During this webinar you will learn:

  • The definition of a “digital twin” pertaining to the plant and process industry capabilities of 3D laser scanning and processing software
  • To gather details in 3D such as layouts, equipment and complex structures
  • To work with various software platforms to extract deliverables for informed decisions
